SPEAKERS

Mike Grappone, MBA

As a Financial Advisor, I am dedicated to offering my clients thoughtful advice and exceptional service as I help build, maintain and manage their wealth. Backed by Wells Fargo, one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, I specialize in retirement planning, financial strategies and wealth protection for business owners, families and individuals.

I have over 30 years of business experience. I was Director of Cash Management for Universal Leaf Tobacco Company then held senior executive positions at Infineon Technologies and Qimonda North America. At Infineon and Qimonda, I founded the investment committee when the company was spun off from Siemens and oversaw the pension plan, 401(k) plan, deferred compensation plan and pension enhancement compensation plan. I was also responsible for the credit and collections department as well as all cash flow and bank operations. Administering these plans helped me recognize the impact I could have helping companies and individuals by providing investment and retirement planning.

My educational background includes an MBA from the University of Richmond, a BBA with a concentration in finance from James Madison University and completing the Global Manager Development program at Babson College. Now, as a Financial Advisor, my goal is to serve as the first point of contact to my clients and provide comprehensive investment planning while delivering unparalleled service.

I am active in the community as a member of the Finance Executive Advisory Board of James Madison University,
