Outdoor Exercise Class - a PAL event (1)

This event is free to people with Parkinson's Disease and their care partners. 

Please join us for a 1 hour exercise class led by Physical Therapist, James Vidrine. This evidenced-based exercise class will focus on functional movements and strengthening/balance exercises to perform at home using household items. POP will also have additional fun activites setup including corn hole! 

This event will be held at the Hunting Hawk Golf Course outdoor pavilion. As with prior PAL events, we will also plan to have lunch afterwards.
