About the Event
Join us for an informative presentation! The MY PD-CARE tool is a questionnaire for patients with PD to help them have clear and productive conversations with their healthcare providers about their Parkinson’s symptoms. This questionnaire was developed in collaboration with AbbVie, an international group of movement disorder specialists, and the Parkinson’s Foundation. MY PD-CARE allows patients to identify changes in their motor symptoms and feel more comfortable discussing these during visits with their healthcare provider. This presentation does not focus on a specific treatment or provide medical advice. The content and language in the presentation are geared for patient education only.
