Services

DID YOU KNOW?
The tulip, along with the "PD" stem representing Parkinson's Disease, is the official flower and logo of Parkinson's Awareness Month?
In concert with Parkinson's Awareness Month, click on the below image to print the file and share what "Parkinson's Is..." to you. Email photos of you holding your completed signs to contact@poweroverpd.org
Hear from Leading Experts
Our POP Profiles Series aims to provide you with information and stories from others with the disease as well as clinicians and researchers working in the field. We've interviewed some remarkable people! View our POP Profiles series on YouTube!

CHALLENGE YOURSELF!
This part is open to everyone's participation!
We are challenging anyone who would like to participate to complete as many push ups as they can for one minute and donate that amount of money (converted to dollars!). You can also select to walk or run for 11-minutes. Feel free to capture a photo or video and email it to us and we'll share it to our social media pages!
Thank you in advance to all of our participants!

Virtual Workouts
Movement and exercise is vital to managing the symptoms for of Parkinson's. We offer free virtual classes every week via Zoom, and on-demand from YouTube.
DRIVING AWARENESS
Through our many events, such as our annual charity golf tournament, we raise awareness of Parkinson's disease as well as funds to continue to offer free programming to people with the disease.

Connecting
Our mission is to bring together people with Parkinson's to share experiences, life journeys, and foster friendships, all while continuing to promote the benefits of exercise and movement. In conjunction with our Parkinson's Activity League, we offer many in-person exercise and yoga programs to connect us as one.
Gear Up
Who doesn't love great gear? Our shop stocks apparel and items to help bring attention to Parkinson's while on-the-go. All proceeds go directly to supporting our Parkinson's community.
