Some of the benefits are but not limited to relieving stress and emotional well-being, sleep, postural balance, low-back pain, being overweight, assistance with psychological symptoms such as depression and anxiety, and ultimately research has shown it helps individuals with chronic diseases manage symptoms to improve overall quality of life.
